Well folks…I’m Back!

I decided to come back here to tell my story, well, maybe just some of my stories, and whatever it is that is on my mind. Getting to this point hasn’t been easy and has taken me quite a journey to get to this point…the point where I will actually put things that are on my mind not only in writing, but on the net for everyone to see forever.

The first time I did this with The Principal’s Lounge I was simply writing for fun and satire, poking fun at things in education and what I saw and experienced both as a teacher and as a principal (as well as some tales from my time as assistant principal.

Well this time is going to be different. This time I am going to write about things that are simply on my mind. The things I think about and experience at this stage of my life. I will be writing about my childhood and the ups and downs of what I went through growing up. Not all of them will be good. Some will, but many won’t.

If this sounds like personal therapy, well…it is…for me. There are some things that I just need to “get off my chest” and write down but I don’t expect many people to read what I write. If they do and they connect with it and it somehow helps them in some sort of way, then great. If not, hopefully they enjoy what they read.

BUT…if no one reads what I write and I get no subscribers to this site, it won’t be something that I will regret or lose sleep over.

So you see, this site and all that is here, is for me. (Well there is someone else these stories are for, and she knows who she is).

But as I said, this is for ME.

Me so I can heal.

Me so I can grow and find out who I am.

Me so I can be…me.
